6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If this reservation involves accommodation, transfer, tour, or leisure services to be provided on a specific date or within a specific period, the statutory exemption from the right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Regulation may apply.

7. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

In the absence of specific conditions, the standard HDSANT cancellation policy applies:

  • 30 days and above: 100% refund
  • 17–29 days: 100% refund
  • 7–16 days: 50% refund
  • 0–6 days: no refund

For non-refundable services or services subject to special conditions set by the supplier, the special conditions clearly disclosed prior to purchase shall apply.
